We are looking for staff to fill in the following full time position in our College:
**Student Engagement Officer**

Are you an open-minded, enthusiastic individual with a passion for helping others? If so, we would love to hear from you Exeed College is searching for a Student Engagement Officer who will be directly responsible for developing the student engagement across the institution. The role will provide support in academic affairs, welfare, student progression and other student related projects.
- Duties & Responsibilities:_
*Work with the administration team to embed student wellbeing and progression activities into student welcome/induction.
*Work closely with the course leaders to provide pastoral support in particular for groups of students defined as at risk of withdrawal.
*Provide information, advice and guidance to students on general welfare, academic progress and study options, psychological wellbeing and personal health. This will involve virtual face-to-face meetings, group presentations, electronic media, leaflets, posters etc.
*Work with individual students where academic attendance and engagement is poor, alongside academic departments. Ensure that students retaking a year or returning after a period of absence are supported. Seek to engage groups who are more likely to leave college.
*Ensure the maintenance of academic standards of practice in student progression according to the partner universities and awarding bodies for various courses in the college.
*Undertake professional development relevant to the role

Qualification : Master's degree

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹480,000.00 per month
