**Job Title: Social Media Executive

**Responsibilities:

- Managing all Social Media Platforms.
- Collaborate with videographers and multimedia designers to ensure posts are engaging
- Optimize content for publication across various social media sites
- Schedule posts for release at optimal times
- Monitor users' engagement with and feedback on every post
- Participate in online conversations
- Manage online reputation
- Build a community by engaging the audience with meaningful conversations
- Respond to questions, complaints, and comments
- Solicit feedback to improve product and service offerings
- Connect with industry influencers for brand promotions
- Promote user-generated content to connect with the audience personally
- Control the team members, all social media campaigns, channels, and facets associated with a social media platform

**Job Responsibilities:

- Content Creation & Curation: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Schedule and Publish: Effectively manage the posting schedule to ensure consistent and optimal engagement across platforms.
- Engagement Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with user comments and messages in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on follower growth, engagement metrics, and other KPIs to provide insights.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends to ensure the brand’s presence is innovative and relevant.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign executions.
- Strategy Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop social media strategies that align with business goals.

**Requirements:

- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Ownership and flexible approach and Team player
- Basic understanding of all Social Media Platforms and techniques.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
- Strong Creativity Content Creation skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of PC: MS Office and typing.
