Responsible for managing Daily production and completing the monthly production plan.
- Responsible for Material Planning, preventive maintenance planning, resource utilisation & Manpower management.
- Managing the production process, running the lines efficiently to capacity, managing the yields, controlling waste, managing plant KPIs and ensuring that the production is cost effective.
- Maintain GMP and Hygiene standards, Control material usage variance, inventory etc
- Should have basic knowledge in production planning. SAP/ERP knowledge is desirable.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Impart training, managing the work force, motivating them to work efficiently and cohesively
- Responsible for maintaining High motivation level of work force by maintaining good relationship, motivating, providing training and addressing their grievances,
- Responsible to control OT and managing various certification audits, New Business validation audits.
- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
- Making sure that products are produced on time with best quality.
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules asper SCM need.
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
- Working with managers to implement the company's shortterm and Longterm goals.
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines followed.
- Reviewing the performance of subordinates. Identifying training needs, scheduling and conducting trainings
- Knowledge of Production Documentation like BMR, BPR, Daily Documents, Product Change Over Cleaning Record, Master Cleaning Validation Record. etc.
- Submit Daily & monthly reports related to production.

**Education**:

- B.E/B.Tech - minimum 60%

**Knowledge**:
Essential - Knowledge of manufacturing processes, Planning, Basic maintenance and should posess Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Desirable - Knowledge on Process machineries, Packing lines, SAP/ERP, Machine settings & Troubleshooting, 5S, KAIZEN, SPC.

**Experience**:
Essential - 03 to 05 years from Food Processing Industries

Desirable - Exposure to New Line Installations, Capacity Expansion, Trade Union environment

Language Proficiency : Fluency in Hindi & English speaking

Odia language speaking is desirable

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
