Machine Fitter

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- **CNC Machine Assembly**: Assemble CNC machines with precision and attention to detail, including the installation of key components and alignment of all moving parts.
- **Component Manufacturing**: Manufacture components for CNC machines according to technical specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency in each piece.
- **Component Inspection**: Inspect components to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from defects, using appropriate measurement tools and techniques.
- **Leaner Motion Fitting**: Install and adjust linear motion systems (such as rails and bearings) to ensure smooth and accurate movement of machine parts.
- **Gearbox Fitting**: Install and align gearboxes, ensuring proper integration with other machine components to achieve desired operational performance.
- **Inspection of Fitting**: Perform detailed inspections of all machine fittings and assemblies, checking for proper alignment, secure attachment, and correct function.

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Machine Fitter: 2 years (preferred)
- Manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- ITI (Fitter) (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
