**Job Title**: Australian Accountant
**Location**: Poddar Court Area, Kolkata (Hybrid Model)
**Salary**: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month
**Work Hours**: 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Australian Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of expertise in Australian accounting practices. The role requires proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility while ensuring timely deliverables.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting & Compliance**:

- Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting as per Australian Accounting Standards (AAS).
- Ensure compliance with ATO regulations, including BAS, GST, PAYG, and annual tax returns.
- **Software Expertise**:

- Work proficiently on Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks for managing financial records and reports.
- **Taxation & Payroll**:

- Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and tax returns for Australian businesses and individuals.
- Process payroll in alignment with Australian workplace laws and Single Touch Payroll (STP) requirements.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate with clients regarding their financial performance, tax compliance, and advisory requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Australian accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Australian tax laws and compliance regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
