We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nutritionist/Registered Dietitian to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the nutritional integrity of our dry fruit products. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate nutrition information, conducting nutritional analysis, and providing expert guidance on product formulation and ingredient selection.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Nutritional Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough nutritional analysis of all existing and new product formulations.
- Calculate and analyze macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fat), micronutrients (vitamins, minerals), fiber, and calories.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date nutrition information on product labels, websites, and marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze competitive products in the market.
- **Product Development**:

- Collaborate with the product development team to develop new and innovative trail mix blends that meet specific dietary needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on ingredient selection, formulation, and nutritional optimization.
- Assist in the development of healthy and balanced trail mix options for children, adults, and the elderly.
- **Labeling and Compliance**:

- Ensure all product labels comply with relevant food labeling regulations (e.g., FDA, FSSAI).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all nutritional analyses and product formulations.
- **Consumer Education**:

- Develop and provide educational materials and resources on the nutritional benefits of trail mix and healthy snacking habits.
- Respond to consumer inquiries regarding product nutrition and dietary concerns.
- **Research and Development**:

- Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in nutrition science.
- Explore new and innovative ingredients and formulations to enhance the nutritional value of our products.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
