**Key Responsibilities**:
**GST Compliance**:
Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.). Handling GST reconciliation and ensuring timely payment of GST liabilities. Addressing GST-related queries and audits.

**Tally Prime Operations**:
Maintaining accurate financial records using Tally Prime. Generating invoices, purchase orders, and managing inventory records. Conducting ledger scrutiny and managing trial balances.

**Accounting & Bookkeeping**:
Recording day-to-day financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in ledgers. Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Reconciling accounts (bank, vendor, and customer accounts).

**Compliance & Documentation**:
Ensuring adherence to statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, and other regulations. Maintaining proper documentation for audits and financial reporting.

**Financial Reporting**:
Preparing periodic reports such as P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assisting the senior management team with financial data and insights for decision-making.

**Software Expertise**:
Efficiently operating Tally Prime and Tally ERP (latest version). Using advanced Excel for financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis.

**Coordination**:
Liaising with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Collaborating with other departments for smooth financial operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Tally ERP, and advanced Excel.
- Solid understanding of GST laws, compliance, and filing procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Tally Prime or GST compliance.
- Experience in the energy sector or similar industries.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and employee-related compliances.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
