**The purpose of this job is to achieve Institutional sales targets in the Key (Fund size is from 3-25 Cr) & Mega account (Fund size is above 25Cr) in the assigned region.**:
**Key Result Areas**:
Supporting Actions
Achieve targets in order to meet the overall objectives of the department in line with the organizational goals
- Follow BSLI CSS ( Consultative selling skills model) to generate required Business
- Draw up account activity plan & target customers systematically & strategically in order to convert more prospects into customers
- Pitch BSLI to products range to prospective customers
- Make presentations to prospective clients
- Continuously work with all channel partners for generating sales.
- Train DSF Advisors.
- Furnish market intelligence & latest updates about products, services, wins & losses of competition
Ensure timely reporting as per prescribed standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction & retain existing relationships to enhance continuity in relationships.
- Provide regular information related to investments.
- Fulfil customer requirements within the given deadlines to deliver customer satisfaction like PAS, Actuarial Valuation, XIRR, etc.
- Conduct regular client meetings in order to understand their change in liabilities and accordingly take appropriate action.
- Educate customers on use of BSLI‘s web interface.
- Coordinate between the customer & various external agencies for legal requirements.
