**Communication Skills**: Tamil,Kannada,Hindi, English.
**System Knowledge**: Basic Excel, MS Word.

**Education**: Any Diploma/Degree/ F&B Production Certificate.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee kitchen operations across multiple locations.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items.
- Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Diploma/Degree /Food & Beverage Production Certificate.
- **Experience**: 6+ years, currently working as a Sous Chef in a star hotel or as a Head Chef/Area Chef/Executive Chef in QSR chains.
- **Cuisine Expertise**: Must have experience in Indian and Chinese cuisines.

- Tamil: Speaking
- Kannada: Speaking
- Hindi: Speaking
- English: Read/Write/Speak
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Word.

**Position Details**:

- **Number of Positions**: 2
- **Salary**: ₹50,000 to ₹70,000 per month
- Currently Located in Chennai and Bangalore with Bike and Driving License.
