**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data related to project activities, materials, labor, and equipment usage.
- Maintain accurate and organized project records, logs, and documentation.
- Assist the project team by preparing reports, spreadsheets, and summaries based on collected data.
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to gather daily reports and documentation.
- Ensure data integrity and verify the accuracy of information before entry.
- Manage electronic and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Adhere to company data privacy and confidentiality policies.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role (preferably in construction or infrastructure sector).
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word) and familiarity with database systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good typing speed and data processing skills.
- Basic understanding of construction terminology and documentation is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
