**Tally Developer**

**Location**: MG Road, Ernakulam

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹28,000 per month (depending on experience)

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled Tally Developer to join our team and play a key role in customizing and extending our Tally ERP system. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and developing efficient Tally customizations using TDL (Tally Definition Language). This role requires a blend of technical expertise and the ability to understand and translate business requirements into user-friendly Tally solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement custom Tally solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement through Tally customization.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, forms, and functionalities within the Tally software.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Tally-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Tally features, updates, and best practices.
- Document customizations, processes, and workflows for future reference.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on Tally functionalities and customizations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Tally Developer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Tally software, including its customization capabilities and TDL.
- Proficiency in programming languages like TDL, XML
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in Tally or related technologies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
