Livebox is hiring **Paid Artificial Intelligence IT Media Engineer Trainees** to join our team in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in **AI-powered IT & Media.**

We are looking for **immediate joiners** who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to grow with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide **AI & IT support**, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues remotely.
- Test and implement new **IT cloud technologies**.
- Evaluate and optimize **software and hardware devices** for functionality & performance.
- Train clients, conduct **webinars**, and provide live **demos**.
- Install and configure **Cloud & Hybrid Servers**.
- Set up and maintain **hardware, software, and networking systems**.
- Manage **AI video production**, including **designing, shooting, and editing**.
- Handle **professional cameras** and oversee **video network management**.
- Assist in **R&D projects, website designing**, and new system development.
- Conduct **on-site software & hardware installations**, setups, and demos (local & outstation).
- Deliver **basic software training** and propose effective solutions to clients.
- Maintain **strong client relationships** and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document tasks and submit detailed job reports.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in B.Tech (IT) / BE (IT) or Diploma in IT.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of **IT & Media** is preferred.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in **English & Hindi** is preferred.
- **Travel Readiness**: Willing to travel locally and outstation for **client installations and demos**.

**Additional Details**:

- **Stipend**: ₹6,000/- per month during the initial **6-month training period**.
- **Travel, Food & Accommodation**: Provided by the company for official travel assignments.
