Telecaller (Fresher)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and friendly Telecaller to join our tattoo studio team. You will be the first point of contact for clients over the phone, responsible for handling inquiries, booking appointments, and promoting our services. Your role is key in ensuring excellent client communication and smooth scheduling operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, inquiries, and past clients.

Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions regarding tattoo services, pricing, and artist availability.

Schedule and confirm appointments with tattoo artists according to client needs and artist availability.

Explain studio policies (e.g., booking deposits, age restrictions, hygiene standards).

Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client details in the booking system.

Send appointment reminders and follow up on reschedules or cancellations.

Share information about ongoing promotions, events, or flash tattoo days.

Coordinate with tattoo artists to manage scheduling and client expectations.

Provide a welcoming and professional experience to every caller.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a telecaller, receptionist, or in customer service (experience in a tattoo or creative studio is a plus).

Strong verbal communication skills in [local language] and Hindi

Confident and friendly telephone manner.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling software or CRM tools.

Interest or basic knowledge in tattoos and body art is a plus.

Salary-10k to 15k

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a creative or salon-like environment.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or special event days.

Strong people skills and a passion for client service.
