Key responsibilities

- **Academic guidance**: Provide constructive feedback, offer remedial support to struggling students, and mentor them for board exam preparation.
- **Classroom management**: Foster a positive and respectful learning environment, encourage student participation, and maintain discipline.
- **Extracurricular involvement**: Mentor students for Hindi-related competitions and organize cultural events, such as those for Hindi Divas.
- **Parent communication**: Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and performance.
- **Record keeping**: Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades.
- **Professional development**: Stay updated on new teaching methodologies and collaborate with other staff members.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Master's degree in Hindi and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) are typically required.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in teaching Hindi, preferably at the senior secondary level and in a relevant syllabus (like CBSE), is often preferred.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of Hindi language, literature, and grammar, and the ability to create engaging lessons are essential.
