Telecaller (Nightshift)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Telecallers for our International Voice Process (U.S.A). As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers in the United States, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the United States.
- Provide information about our products and services.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.( Training Provided )
- Must be willing to work the night shift.

**Experience**:

**Bond Period**:
There is a bond period of 1.6 years for this position. During this time, we expect you to contribute your skills and dedication to the company's growth.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
