We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer Intern to join our Sorich Organics team. As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our experienced design professionals on various projects and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced creative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design and Create Visual Content**: Assist in the creation of visually engaging and impactful designs for a variety of purposes, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website assets, presentations, and more.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the design team and other departments to understand project requirements and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.

**Image Editing and Enhancement**: Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to edit, retouch, and enhance images to meet project specifications and brand standards.

**Concept Development**: Contribute innovative ideas and concepts for design projects, while maintaining an understanding of current design trends and best practices.

**Layout and Typography**: Assist in creating visually appealing layouts and typography that effectively communicate the intended message and enhance user experience.

**File Management**: Organize and manage design files, ensuring all assets are correctly labeled and stored for easy access and future use.

**Adherence to Brand Guidelines**: Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines, ensuring that all designs align with the company's visual identity and messaging.

**Time Management**: Prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs within the allocated timeframes.

**Research and Inspiration**: Stay updated on design industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and inspiration to the design process.

**Learning and Growth**: Proactively seek guidance and feedback from senior designers, and take the initiative to expand your skill set and knowledge during the internship.

**Qualifications**:
Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, etc.) or recent graduation.

Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Strong creative thinking and design skills, demonstrated through a portfolio of previous work.

Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to feedback.
