**Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize and execute visually stunning graphics tailored for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Design captivating presentations and visual assets that effectively communicate complex ideas and information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-friendly interfaces and enhance user experiences across digital platforms.
- Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and techniques to continually innovate and elevate the quality of visual content.
- Utilize AI tools and automation technologies to streamline design processes and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Translate creative briefs and conceptual ideas into polished visual designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all brand touchpoints while adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work under pressure.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, pitch concepts, and contribute to creative strategy discussions.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various digital platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Dall-e, Adobe Sensei, more...).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling content optimized for social media engagement and user interaction.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to design execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
