**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Work in Shift Basis
- Total incharge of machine shop of shift.
- 12 hrs shift working will additional benefit
- Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests
- Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
- Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met
- Train and integrate new workers
- Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed
- Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed
- Handle customer and employee complaints
- Resolve conflicts between employees
- Transfer products and other objects to and from the worksite on occasion

**Skill**:

- CNC, VMC, TMC Programing Tooled, Tryants in Fanuc system.
- Hands on setting change, prove out setting approval to ok
- Metal cutting Tools & Holders & Fixture, Jaws, tooled up & try hands on experience
- Cutting parameter, cycle time reduction, Kaizen can do
- Quality NC Analysis & detection, occurance, system action plan & implementation good knowledge.
- Production & Quality products book ERP will additional advantages.
- Shift - manpower & machine planning as per schedule of parts
- Operator efficiency above 95%

Quality Index 100%

OEE - above 90%
- Rejection /Renew inhouse PPM
- Maintain Admin & decipline in shift machine shop

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
