**Key Responsibilities**

Identify and engage potential customers via online inquiries, phone calls, social media platforms, and face-to-face meetings.
- Promote and sell our services and personalized holiday packages that meet client needs and expectations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both corporate and individual clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about travel destinations, visa requirements, pricing, and package inclusions.
- Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and consistently meet or exceed set sales targets.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Create and distribute compelling promotional materials such as brochures, digital content, and presentations.
- Develop and execute targeted B2B marketing strategies to establish partnerships with other businesses, travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Analyze customer trends and feedback to identify new opportunities and tailor marketing strategies to meet market demand.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and travel expos to expand the company’s network and brand awareness.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine business strategies.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistency in customer service and sales approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and resolve client issues promptly.
- Maintain a comprehensive CRM database, track customer interactions, and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, including emerging travel trends, destination updates, and visa regulation changes, to offer informed guidance to clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel or tourism sector.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of visa requirements, travel destinations, and tourism trends.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and online advertising platforms is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset to develop effective B2B marketing and conversion tactics.
- **Personal Attributes**: Passion for travel, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
