1.Create internal database to support business.

2.Advise local and national disputes in compliance affairs.

3.Review and approve marketing materials for compliance.

4.Check products from legal and compliance perspective.

5.Handle financial or every frauds compliance topics.

6.Receive and direct compliance issues for investigation and resolution to the court or respective police station.

7.Develop, maintain and review policies for Compliance Program’s general operation to prevent improper, unethical and illegal conduct.

8.Collaborate with departments to direct compliance for investigation and resolution and consult with Corporate attorney to resolve complex legal compliance issues.

9.Handle rules, regulations and policy violation and review and suggest investigative procedures initiation.

10.Develop and monitor violation handling system.

11.Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program

12.Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
- Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
- Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
- Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
- Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
- Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager

Experience in risk management
- Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, or any frauds)
- Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Integrity and professional ethics
- Attention to detail
- BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) is a plus

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
