
Sales Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
**Order Coordination and Payment Collection**:
- Collaborate with Tele-Sales Executives and Sales Executives to facilitate efficient order collection and processing.
- Collect and organize purchase orders and payments from B2B customers and Modern Trade customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain meticulous records of orders and payments received.
**Delivery Fulfillment**:
- Liaise with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Monitor delivery schedules and address any potential delays or issues that may arise.
**Communication and Reporting**:
- Share outstanding reports, bounced cheque information, and relevant updates with the appropriate sales personnel.
- Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams to ensure everyone is well-informed about order status and customer concerns.
**Customer Interaction**:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Strive to resolve customer issues to their satisfaction, escalating matters as needed.
**Customer Satisfaction**:
- Prioritize and uphold exceptional customer service standards to build strong customer relationships and loyalty.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
**Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team with software-related issues, ensuring they have the necessary tools to perform effectively.
- Manage and track discount approvals and credit limits as per company policies.
**Competitive Pricing**:
- Research and gather market prices for each product item.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to determine selling prices based on competition and company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator in a FMCG business or in a related role.
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Administration or related fields preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in using software and tools for order processing and reporting.
- Familiarity with B2B and Modern Trade customer dynamics is a plus.
- Team player with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and market research is advantageous.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Kochi, Angamali, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
