**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the UI development team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
- Oversee the development and implementation of user interfaces using Core React and Core UI.
- Ensure the creation of responsive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality products.
- Maintain and improve existing front-end codebases, ensuring scalability and performance optimization.
- Take ownership of front-end projects, from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
- Promote best practices in front-end development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Skills Required:

- 3 years of experience in front-end UI development.
- Strong proficiency in Core React and Core UI.
- Hand on experience in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Demonstrated experience in creating responsive designs.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous front-end development projects.
- Ability to take ownership and drive projects to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
