**Role Overview**:
As an Undergraduate Academic Counselor at Lamberg University, you will play a vital role in providing peer-to-peer support and guidance to your fellow female undergraduate students. You will assist them with navigating academic resources, developing effective study habits, understanding university policies, and connecting with relevant support services. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, a genuine desire to help your peers succeed, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide peer-to-peer academic counseling and support to female undergraduate students through individual meetings, group sessions, or drop-in hours (depending on the role and availability).
- Share your own experiences and insights as a Lamberg University student to help others navigate academic life.
- Assist students in understanding university academic policies, procedures, and degree requirements.
- Offer guidance on utilizing academic resources such as the library, writing center, tutoring services, and online learning platforms.
- Share effective study strategies, time management techniques, and organizational skills.
- Help students connect with relevant faculty advisors, academic support staff, and other university resources.
- Provide information and support related to course selection, registration processes, and academic planning.
- Act as a positive role model and mentor, fostering a supportive and encouraging academic environment.
- Participate in training sessions and regular meetings with supervising professional staff to enhance your counseling skills and knowledge of university resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions while adhering to confidentiality guidelines.
- Assist in the development and promotion of academic support initiatives and resources for undergraduate students.
- Collaborate with other peer counselors, student organizations, and university departments to support student success.
- For **full-time roles**: May involve additional responsibilities such as developing and leading workshops, managing specific projects, or providing more in-depth support to students facing academic challenges.
- Adhere to the ethical guidelines and professional standards set by the university's counseling services.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a currently enrolled female undergraduate student in good academic standing at Lamberg University.
- Strong academic record and a demonstrated commitment to your own studies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help fellow students succeed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Familiarity with Lamberg University's academic resources and student support services is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
