Video Editor & Graphic Designer (Full-Time, Work From Home)

**About Mecapre**

We are an established IT company with a thriving child brand, Jamure Kids, boasting over 1.6 million subscribers and 500 million views on YouTube. We're seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Video Editor & Graphic Designer

**The Role**

In this exciting work-from-home role, you'll play a vital role in creating engaging video content and eye-catching visuals for our Jamure Kids channel. You'll leverage your video editing and graphic design skills to develop high-quality content that resonates with our young audience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing**:

- Create compelling YouTube videos and short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) from concept to production.
- Edit footage and recordings according to scripts or storyboards.
- Craft custom motion graphics, video transitions, lower thirds, and animations.
- Manage video elements like images, sound effects, animations, and special effects.
- Refine content to ensure a smooth logical flow and engaging storyline.
- Manage text and graphic design elements within videos.
- Utilize video/audio software to enhance video and audio quality.

**Graphic Design**:

- Design eye-catching graphics for various platforms, including YouTube thumbnails, Amazon product images, and other marketing materials.
- Edit and manipulate images for various uses.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles like layouts, typography, color theory, and composition.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a video editor.
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Adobe Photoshop.
- 1 year of experience with Adobe Illustrator (preferred).
- Strong creative and analytical skills with a passion for visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- A well-organized and self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A good internet connection and a computer/laptop with a powerful configuration.
