Job Opportunity: Computer Operator cum Office Assistant

Position: Communication Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, draft, and edit letters, memos, and other written communications.
- Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written correspondence.
- Handle telephone calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Engage in effective negotiation techniques to support business objectives.
- Utilize internet resources for research, data collection, and information retrieval.
- Maintain a professional and organized WhatsApp communication channel for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and other business events.

**Requirements**:

- B Comm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong internet and research skills.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and ability to handle calls professionally.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp communication for business purposes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
