**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Teaching**:
- Deliver engaging lessons in Chemistry to students in grades 11 and 12.
- Ensure adherence to the curriculum and academic guidelines set by the school and relevant educational boards (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, etc.).
- Plan, prepare, and present lessons that cater to a range of abilities, ensuring understanding and encouraging critical thinking.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:
- Design and conduct regular assessments, assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain records of academic performance.
- **Classroom Management**:
- Create a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
- **Curriculum Development**:
- Develop, update, and revise the Chemistry curriculum as required.
- **Parental Communication**:
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s academic performance, behavior, and any other concerns.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and offer feedback on student development.
- **Professional Development**:
- Keep abreast of new developments in Chemistry and teaching methodologies.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Educational Qualification**:
- Master’s degree in Chemistry (M.Sc. in Chemistry) from a recognized university.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (grades 11 and 12).
- Prior experience in preparing students for board exams (CBSE, ICSE, etc.) is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
