**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process product return requests from customers, both online and offline.
- Verify return eligibility as per company policy and ensure proper documentation is in place.
- Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for return pickups and reverse shipments.
- Inspect returned products (physically or via warehouse reports) to check for damages, discrepancies, or eligibility for resale.
- Update return status in the ERP/CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with customer service and finance teams for processing refunds, replacements, or credits.
- Maintain return records, reports, and analysis for process improvement.
- Handle escalations or complaints related to returns, damaged items, or delays.
- Identify recurring return reasons and work with other departments to address quality or fulfillment issues.
- Assist with stock reconciliation and warehouse coordination during returns processing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
