**Job Purpose**:
Daily examining of patients in outdoor, indoor and emergency & give free consultation, treatment and medicine. Prevent and control the epidemic diseases in this mining area. Set up medical campaigns and health check ups periodically in the mines and adjacent villages.

**Job Context & Major Challenges**:
1. This zone is malaria prone declared by the State Govt.
2. In these areas most people are suffering from Diarrhoea and Malaria due to contaminated water and unhygienic food because of lack of awareness about health and hygiene and non-availability of nutritious food.
3. Qualified/registered Medical practitioner in not available in this area.
4. Prevent and control the epidemic diseases.
5. Minimum costing and limit source.
6. Liaisoning between employees and villagers & Govt. authorities related to Medical Services etc.
