**Location**: Vadodara
**Duration**: 6 Months(Internship) & 1 Year(Training)

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to support our digital advertising efforts. This role involves hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive measurable business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies and landing pages to identify what drives the best results.
- Stay updated with trends in digital marketing and implement best practices.
- Support in maintaining budgets, timelines, and deliverables for campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of performance marketing concepts, including PPC, CPC, and ROI.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
