Pdi In-charge

Oversee complete pre-delivery inspection (PDI) process for all incoming vehicles.
- Ensure every vehicle meets manufacturer and company quality standards before delivery.
- Monitor PDI checklist completion and verify all parameters (mechanical, electrical, cosmetic).
- Manage and guide PDI technicians and helpers in day-to-day activities.
- Allocate daily work, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular team briefings on process updates, safety, and quality.
- Maintain records of batteries, accessories, and consumables used in the PDI section.
- Ensure proper storage, issue, and return of parts and tools.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies in stock (e.g., batteries, oils, fittings).
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Stores departments for smooth workflow.
- Update delivery readiness status of vehicles to the Sales team.
- Communicate any technical issues or delays to higher management promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of all vehicles inspected, issues found, and actions taken.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on PDI performance, vehicle status, and stock.
- Ensure documentation aligns with manufacturer guidelines and audit standards.
- Ensure PDI section complies with OEM and company audit requirements.
- Implement corrective actions based on audit observations.
- Maintain cleanliness, tool calibration, and safety standards in the PDI area.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered in perfect condition — clean, defect-free, and ready for customer delivery.
- Address any pre-delivery issues reported by Sales or Customers quickly and effectively.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
