Ensure and Drive 'Full Goal Alignment' within the Product Line
- Management of the Project Managers in India - PjM and Product Managers in Production - PMP
- Responsible of the achievement of associated local D3 Projects Management goals (PSS/ECC scope ECS)
- Responsible (Gross Margin, contribution margin) of the local Products in Production (D5) and associated changes/PCN/PTN/CRP roll out
- Responsible to ensure that running and new projects are on track QCD targets
- Responsible of the Product Line Strategy roll out locally in India (targets achievement)
- Responsible of the roll out and tracking of BPS (Business Plan & Strategy) for Customers
- Contribute to set up and maintain our Business Plan of India Customers : yearly OI, business plan over the next 5 years, sales development (A/E/P) ; Support India Customers business opportunities to realize projected growth
- Support Sales to get the right understanding of the local and global Customer Market and Application trends
- Develop, implement and drive actions and plans to contribute to the Product Line operational targets in India
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop goals for all 'Direct Reports' including the setting of objectives and targets, perform annual Human Resource Development Cycle
