- Job Description:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:

- Reconcile Account Receivable & Payable including ageing analysis
- Scrutiny of general ledger
- capital assets reconciliations like Rent, tender deposit, security deposit, advances to vendor, advances from Customer
- Analyzing of all expense bills, vendor bills and employee reimbursement
- Maintaining copy of all utility, admin/overhead agreements and preparing one pager of key points of agreement
- Monitoring intercompany transaction, ensuring proper documentation, and doing reconciliation on every month end
- Getting the reconciliation done monthly from on field staff towards the prepaid cards issued
- Monitoring the advance requests from employees and establishing the standard process
- Reconciliation of fixed asset
- Bank reconciliation with no open entries
- Other work as per the requirement of the management
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Help and Coordinate for annual audits and month end reporting
