**Job Title**: Chief Human Resources Officer
**Location**: Mumbai
**About the Client**: Our client is a growing consumer durables company with 800Cr+ revenue and growing at a strong pace.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the HR function across strategic/corporate and plant HR for two plants
- Talent acquisition, Talent management and development, HR operations at a corporate HR level
- Working with factory HR personnel to ensure smooth running of plant operations for a large blue collar workforce.
**Prior Experience**:
- 15-20 years of HR experience in corporate and plant HR, preferably a mix of experience in Indian companies and with multinationals
- Must have held leadership roles in HR to date for large organizations
- Ideally must have an HR management degree from a tier 1 institute.
