Site Supervisor

**Job Profile: Site Supervisor - Pyramid Restaurant Construction**

**Location**: Chandigarh

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**: Manage day-to-day construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure construction work complies with approved architectural and interior design plans and specifications.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to resolve any design or construction issues promptly.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
- **Progress Reporting**: Provide regular updates on project progress, including milestone achievements and challenges encountered.
- **Resource Management**: Supervise and coordinate the use of labor, materials, and equipment effectively.
- **Problem Solving**: Address unforeseen complications or delays promptly to maintain project timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction projects, ideally with a focus on restaurant or hospitality industry projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural designs and interior designs, with the ability to interpret and implement detailed plans.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage on-site teams and resources.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of construction safety regulations and practices.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with project stakeholders and ensure clear direction and coordination.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Architecture, or related field.
- Certification in Construction Management or relevant discipline.
- Previous experience specifically in restaurant construction or hospitality industry projects would be advantageous.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
