**Experience Level**: Minimum 6 months in IELTS training

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct IELTS training sessions for diverse groups of students, tailoring lessons to meet individual learning needs.

2. Develop and implement effective lesson plans and educational materials to ensure comprehensive coverage of all IELTS exam components (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

3. Provide constructive feedback on students' performance, identifying areas for improvement and offering guidance for skill enhancement.

4. Keep abreast of the latest IELTS exam trends, updates, and teaching methodologies to continuously improve the training program.

5. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters language development.

6. Monitor and track student progress, maintaining accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant information.

7. Collaborate with fellow educators and contribute to the development of IELTS curriculum and instructional materials.

8. Stay connected with students through regular communication channels to address queries and provide additional support when needed.

**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum 6 months of experience as an IELTS Trainer.

2. In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam structure, scoring system, and assessment criteria.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
