**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and informative lectures on **Patient Relations Service Duty Management**.
- Design and develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments that align with current industry standards.
- Foster an interactive learning environment by incorporating case studies, simulations, and real-world problem-solving.
- Provide insights into handling patient queries, grievances, and improving overall patient satisfaction.
- Teach hospital management best practices, patient flow optimization, and communication strategies.
- Mentor students and provide career guidance, helping them develop both technical and soft skills.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in healthcare administration and patient relations.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure the curriculum is relevant and comprehensive.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree or higher in **Healthcare Management**, **Hospital Administration**, **Patient Relations**, or a related field.
- Any Graduate with Hospital Administration experience
- Minimum of 1-6 years of practical experience in a healthcare management or patient relations role.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred, with a focus on hospital administration, patient care services, or customer service in healthcare.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students.
- Proficient understanding of **patient rights**, **grievance handling**, **service recovery**, and **hospital operations**.
- Expertise in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making in patient care services.
- Familiarity with hospital accreditation standards and patient satisfaction measurement tools (e.g., HCAHPS).

**Work Environment**
- A mix of classroom, workshop,.
- Collaboration with other healthcare faculty to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to learning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
