**Position Overview**
- Uphold and enforce safety standards on civil construction sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing accident risk.
- Report to the Project Manager or HSE supervisor, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and site staff to maintain a safe working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety policies and training programs.
- Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, perform root cause analysis.
- Maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Keep detailed records of inspections, incidents, training.
- Ensure proper safety infrastructure (first-aid, fire extinguishers, evacuation plans).
- Maintain awareness of relevant safety regulations and codes, including BOCW Act, OSHA, local labour laws.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional certifications in Industrial / Commercial Safety.
- Minimum 1-2 of experience as a Safety Officer.
