We are looking for a highly experienced and talented 3D Designer to create innovative and functional residential & commercial designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of projects.
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Proficient in SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
- Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Client Co-ordination
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and standards
- Materials & Sampling
- Work on end to end Project lifecycle
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Review and approve all design concepts and final deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in residential and commercial interiors
- Exceptional 3D Max knowledge and drafting skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, and 3D MAX.
- Experience managing project budgets and timelines
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge about interior elements and building structures.
- Well versed with designing corporate & residential layouts,
- Draft Layouts.
- Should possess good communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
