Telesales Executive

**Job Overview**

Bhagidari Estate is a leading company in the real estate sector, is seeking a dynamic and result driven Telesales Executive to join our team. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and sell products or services.
- Respond to incoming inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer needs, concerns, and questions effectively.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely updates to potential customers.
- Gain a deep understanding of the products or services offered.
- Clearly communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Provide feedback to improve products, services, and customer experiences.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in tele calling, sales, or customer services.
- Clear, confident, and effective verbal communications is essential.
- Ability to understand customers need and respond appropriately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
