Graphic Designer

**Key Responsibilities**

**Graphic Design**
- Develop visually compelling campaign materials, including social media creatives, posters, flyers, and infographics.
- Work closely with the strategy and digital teams to visually translate key messages.

**Video Editing**
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaign ads, and digital storytelling.
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics as needed.
- Manage raw footage, maintain organized video libraries, and ensure timely delivery of edits.

**Collaboration & Strategy**
- Collaborate with strategists, content writers, and campaign managers to align visuals with messaging goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts for digital campaigns.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and political content strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous professional experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and Canva.
- Strong understanding of color, typography, and layout principles.
- Experience designing and editing for social media platforms (Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in political, advocacy, or issue-based campaigns.
- Familiarity with Figma, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
- Understanding of political branding and audience engagement.
