**Opportunity for the Position of Testing Sr. Engineer**

- B.Tech / Dip. Electrical (full Time) from reputed Institute**
**8.Experience:

- 3 to 8 years of Lab Testing experience for Electrical component like Lugs, Terminal, Penal, or electrical Components preferable in same industries at same level.**

**9. Position Purpose**

To developing test structures to ensure the quality and efficiency of electrical product and systems, by understanding and identifying the needs of electrical projects, troubleshooting errors, gathering and analyzing materials to find defects and inconsistencies, conducting tests and examinations, and analyzing test results. Moreover, an electrical test engineer must also study and identify the root of problems, recommending and implementing solutions while adhering to the company's policies and regulations.

- Ability to read and interpret the electrical safety standard like NEC,BIS, UL, EN, ISO, IEC, etc..
- Computer Windows 10 and MS office, Etc..
- Using equipment like Voltmeter, Ohmmeter, Ammeter, Multimeter, LCR meter, Oscilloscope, Frequency counter, Cable tester, Hipot tester, Current source, voltage source, thermocouples,etc..
- Concept Knowledge of 7QC Tools, 5’S, ISO 9001:2015, etc.
- Knowledge of Power distribution products

- Tensile Test
- Material Testing
- High Voltage Testing
- Hardness Testing in Vickers/ Rockwell/ Brinell
- Secureness Tests
- Short Circuit Test
- Heat Resistance Test
- Coating Thickness Test
- Vibration Test
- Low Temperature resistance Test
- Rapid Temperature Change
- Voltage Drop Test
- Dielectric voltage withstand test
- Color Insulation Test
- Dimension Measurement Test
- Coordinate with test LAB like EQDC, ERDA, UL, TUV Rheinland, TUV SUD, etc..
- NABL audits
- Responsible for getting the calibrations of test equipment from the third party
- Manage development of new products and support engineering projects having vendor management and project team meetings.
- Responsible for sample handling and sample assembly.
- Documentation like test report preparation, failure analysis, test procedures, calibration certificates
- Report on electrical project status.
- Develop electrical product design solutions.
- Develop, manage and perform testing of product, unit and integration.
- Generate electrical design control documentation.
- Write protocol and V&V report as required.
- Perform as directed by Project Manager to design and prepare components, basic mechanisms and assemblies related with new and existing products.
- Plan and conduct test along with evaluate test results.
- Ensure all design activities for project are performed conforming to external and internal requirements.
- Develop documentation related with electrical project as well as engineering activities.
- Prepare drawings and component specifications.
- Design verifications for test protocols, reports and different new and revised operating methods.
- Perform with CAD designers to prepare electrical solutions and drawings.
- Perform with engineers to develop part and component parameters.
- Develop protocols along with test reports for verification of design testing working with project teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
