**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with customers, providing a warm and welcoming store experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Aadhaar Furniture’s products, including materials, craftsmanship, and customization options.
- Assist customers in selecting furniture and decor that best suits their taste and requirements.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of current sales promotions and policies regarding payment and exchanges.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's success.
- Provide feedback from customers to the management to improve products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- A friendly and outgoing personality, with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
