**About Company**:
The employer is a privately held investment advisor in India, with offices in Mumbai.

It has two main businesses - 1) providing non-binding real estate investment advisory services to global institutional investors, club/commingled, discretionary funds with respect to opportunistic investments in India real estate and 2) providing portfolio management services to clients seeking to invest in public equity in India.

**1. Investor Relations**:

- Collaborate with global institutional investors, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate financial information.
- Assist in the preparation of investor reports, presentations, and communications.

**2. Accounting and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for funds and portfolio companies.
- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Perform periodic reconciliations and analysis of financial data.

**3. Compliance and Taxation**:

- Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Assist in tax planning, preparation, and reporting activities.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as necessary.

**4. Closing Audits**:

- Coordinate the year-end audit process for funds and portfolio companies.
- Provide necessary documentation and support to auditors, ensuring a smooth audit experience.

**5. Continuous Learning and Development**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in investment management and accounting.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to professional growth and skill enhancement.

**Experience**:4-5 years of relevant experience in investment management, real estate, or related fields.

**Communication**:Exceptional written and oral communication skills to interact with global institutional investors and internal stakeholders.

**Education Qualification**:

- Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant)
