**esponsibilities**
- Create and design graphics for logos, bumpers, lower-thirds, and other on-air graphics.
- Develop visually stunning promotional materials for print and online platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.
- Manage and maintain the company's library of visual assets.
- Take a proactive approach in proposing innovative ideas for graphic design projects.
- Work within the project timelines to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer in the Broadcast Media industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
