**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Supervise and lead on-site advertising installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
- Manage and prioritize tasks client expectations.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- **Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the advertising industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Kollam, Kerala (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
