**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging and creative content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to different social media platforms.
- Manage and oversee social media content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) to gauge the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and maintain a positive online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and brand strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Analyze competitors' social media activities and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with social media management tools and ad platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,949.43 - ₹30,000.00 per month
