The Personnel Discussion Specialist is responsible for conducting face-to-face meetings with employees across various field locations. This role involves engaging in discussions to address employee concerns, gather feedback, assess job satisfaction, and foster positive relationships between staff and management. The specialist will play a crucial role in understanding the workforce's needs and ensuring effective communication and resolution of any workplace issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Employee Engagement**:

- Conduct regular site visits to interact with employees.
- Organize and lead one-on-one and group discussions to understand employee concerns and feedback.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as a liaison between field employees and management.
- Ensure employees are informed about company policies, procedures, and updates.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Identify and address employee concerns and grievances promptly.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes between employees and management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
