**Designation: Subject Matter Expert (SME)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide in-depth knowledge of payroll systems, including tax compliance, employee benefits, and statutory regulations.
- Ensure payroll processes align with local, national, and global compliance standards.
- Act as a advisor for clients by understanding their payroll requirements and offering solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and enhance payroll software solutions.
- Identify areas for automation and process improvement, ensuring seamless payroll execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including manuals, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, compliance, or related roles.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
