Packing Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Packing and Labelling**: Weighing, packing, and labelling finished products according to company procedures.
- **Quality Control**: Identifying and removing defective items to maintain quality standards.
- **Material Handling**: Utilizing packaging materials efficiently, including tools, padding, and adhesives.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of processed materials.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**: Following safety protocols, ensuring a hazard-free workspace, and maintaining a clean and organized packing area.
- **Workflow Optimization**: Coordinating with team members to optimize workflow and minimize wastage.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment, including packaging machinery.
- **Training**: May be involved in training new hires on packaging procedures and equipment operation.
- **Production Support**: Monitoring production flow, identifying potential issues, and reporting to relevant personnel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
