**Job Title**: Tool Room Turner

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Perform all types of turning operations, including precision turning work on various materials.
- Execute thread cutting and collar seating for different tooling components.
- Manufacture and repair pillar and bush, sprue bush, core pin, and sleeve as per required specifications.
- Perform hand moulding for collar seating work.
- Maintain and operate turning machines, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Inspect the finished parts to meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments.
- Follow blueprints, sketches, or other specifications to create precise tools and parts.
- Collaborate with the tool room team and other departments to meet production timelines.
- Report any issues with equipment or tools to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Strong proficiency in **thread cutting** and **collar seating** Works.

**Qualification**:ITI/12th/10th

**Salary**:INR 18,000 to 30,000

**Work Location**: Porur, Chennai - 600095
